Model PDSV separator is mainly used to remove off the soap-stocks, blue and from the vegetable oil during oil refining process, It is also used to the similar feed stock of liquid-liquid-solid three phase materials. The heavy phase liquid and light phase liquid are pumped out by centripetal pump. The sludge is discharged automatically and partly.

Installation Notice
1. For maintenance and repair, please leave enough space around the separator when install it.
2. The installation base should be firm and level.
3. All the pipes connecting with the separator should be flexible.
4. The operation water of the separator must be soft water, the pressure of which should between 0.025Mpa and 0.03Mpa.
